Purpose: Knowledge Organizing is one of the oldest and most basic topics in Library and information science Whose main domain is immutable over time; However, the environment in which the organization operates has changed dramatically and will continue to change. Published research often describes only certain aspects that show only a partial picture of the perspective of its knowledge organization research. In fact, it is difficult for researchers to get an overview of this field by reviewing such articles. Scientometric methods are expected to help meet this need. This study aims to investigate the centrality indicators in the co-authorship network of Persian articles in the field of knowledge organization.Methodology: This research is an applied type that has done with the approach of scientometrics and analysis of social networks. The research data were selected from 106 keywords of his knowledge organization in the title field, which were selected after consultation with subject matter experts in this field; Together with all the articles published in selected journals of information science and epistemology indexed in the Islamic World Science Citation center from 1378 to 1398. Finally, the retrieved records were limited to research papers, conference papers, and review papers and limited to the subject of Library and information filed. Out of 1482 authors who were involved in the publication of 1410 articles, 168 with at least 4 articles were analyzed using UCINET software. After that, a square matrix of dimensions 168 by 168 was formed,

IntroductionOne of the most important challenges of context-based information systems with emphasis on cognitive structures is the formulation of receiving and displaying knowledge of cognitive actors empirically in the process of information retrieval interaction. The aim of the present study was to identify the variables of the dimensions of information retrieval context in the interaction process using the framework of the information system and retrieval. of Ingwersen and Jarvelin.Literature RieviewHuman-information interaction is a multidisciplinary problem-oriented research field that studies the interaction between humans and information (with its different forms and purposes). In other words, instead of examining the interaction between humans and technology, which is the field of human-computer interaction and human-machine interaction, or examining the interaction between humans and information agents (i.e., the field of librarianship), it examines the interaction between information and people (Jones & et al, 2006).MethodThe present study is of fundamental and developmental type and has been carried out by Colaizzi phenomenological method (1978) in 7 stages. Data collection tool was using In-depth semi-structured interview with 7 experts in the field of information retrieval to identify variables in the interaction process of information retrieval context. Validity is a tool for collecting and content validity data using the experience of experts and reliability is based on the criteria of Lincoln and Goba (1988) based on Credibility, reliability, verifiability. Description and analysis of information has been compared and validated using the results of systematic review and experiences of experts in the field of information retrieval.ResultsThe identification of the following variables in the context dimensions of information retrieval in the interaction process has led to the stabilization of search, retrieval and access terms that cognitive actors can consider as information retrieval system designers. The variables of comprehensiveness include: identifying the level and nature of information; Knowledge of the problem; Level of knowledge; prior knowledge; mental models; Identifying temporal and linguistic factors to convey meaning and concept; sociological and psychological factors; action effects; Mental presuppositions, taking into account the skill of formulating search terms, can lead to an increase in the efficiency of the retrieval system for overlapping and matching information in the subject coverage of information and documents, the type of metadata standards, the way information is organized. The variables of the obstacle dimension include: the ability to communicate between the information needs and the retrieved document with an objective attitude (information retrieval systems with an emphasis on relevance) and a subjective attitude (use of the system with an emphasis on user characteristics, tasks and environment); attention to the possibilities of the system in the way of organizing information and knowledge; integrated access to information and knowledge; And eliminating human error in the search leads to discarding irrelevant evidence. The variables of the effectiveness dimension include: applicability and accessibility of information according to ethnic and linguistic characteristics, in other words, leveled accesses; meeting mental needs; filling the knowledge and cognitive gap; the extent of using knowledge and experience and transferring it; According to the functions of the information retrieval system, it can help in expanding knowledge and in identifying and correcting the errors of users in accessing information and knowledge, and it leads to the appropriateness of the results in achieving the goals and providing satisfaction with the information services in the system. The variables of the information quality dimension include: the qualitative aspects of the information in terms of influencing the mental structures related to the need; stability of information in its repeatability; the ability to compare and evaluate sources in the ability to cite and reason information; participation in the creation of new knowledge; Finding resources based on the user's knowledge level; It is related to the user experience and leads to an increase in the qualitative level of user recognition and having the desired structure of the information system. The variables of the quality dimension of the time management process include: extraction of resources based on relevance; Meeting the need for information based on information seeking (targeted search); Displaying the steps and process and components of the information system leads to the quality of search processes from the point of view of the user interface.DiscussionAs a result, by searching for the meanings and essences of cognitive actors over time according to experience, in order to reach a common understanding in identifying, discovering and creating a deeper understanding, it led to the description and analysis of the cognitive structures of the information and retrieval system framework of Ingwersen and Jarvelin and finally It provides design and access to information in a networked and systematic way.ConclusionThe approach of cognitive actors in the design of information retrieval system and the role of database designers, user interface designers, information retrieval model designers and search engines are of particular importance in the context of information retrieval. This approach with mental presuppositions with an emphasis on identifying the level and nature of information needs to be recognized and the effects of action over time from the perspective of the user interface. Creating an objective and subjective relationship with interactive and static attitudes reduces human errors in intelligent search and expands knowledge and repairs the knowledge gap, especially by having the desired structure of the information system automatically and by comparing and evaluating resources. The qualitative aspects of the information and process of these steps will be visible and accessible.

The purpose of this study is to determine the status of knowledge management in the titles of specialized doctoral courses in the humanities of higher education. The present study is a type of mixed exploratory research project. Hence, a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods has been used. First, the components of knowledge management were extracted by content analysis method with an inductive approach and based on that, a questionnaire in the form of 9 main components and 44 questions was prepared and provided to the experts. In addition, the checklist was prepared in the form of 442 sub-items. In the content analysis of 2250 specialized courses in 11 humanities disciplines in the doctoral program, 3260 identifiers were extracted. This study showed that knowledge sharing 25.46%, knowledge application 17.48%, knowledge change 12.73%, knowledge creation 11.75%, knowledge identification 9.97%, knowledge organization 7.73%, knowledge development 6.23% knowledge presentation, 4.97%, and knowledge protection obtained 3.68% of the data. In order to prepare graduates as capable future leaders, higher education needs to play a pivotal and effective role in teaching knowledge management to students. Utilizing knowledge management-based curricula facilitates the skills needed to apply and rely on knowledge. Applying standard methods in education and research prepares future managers to present and share knowledge in organizations. Knowledge management promotes a comprehensive approach to identifying, capturing, retrieving, sharing, and evaluating the knowledge capital of organizations.

The present study aimed to investigate the effect of personality traits (self-efficacy and self-esteem) and situational characteristics (cognitive assessment: threat to challenge) on the knowledge sharing at librarians in public libraries of Khorasan Razavi province. The present research is a descriptive study carried out using the questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha was used for four questionnaires and the reliability of the research tools was confirmed. The statistical population of this study was 310 librarians of public libraries working on the supervision of libraries organization. According to Cochran formula, a questionnaire was distributed among 172 librarians and finally 141 questionnaires were answered. To examine the research hypotheses, some statistical tests such as Cronbach's, Kolmogor-Smirnov, Spearman and others were used.Research findings indicate that librarians with high self-efficacy and high self-esteem have a more positive attitude toward knowledge management and collaboration in the organization. Also, the relationship between the positive attitude of the translators with higher self-esteem on knowledge management and cooperation in the organization was rejected. Also, librarians who have challenges in evaluating situations have a more positive attitude towards knowledge management and collaboration in the organization. Conversely, librarians who are threatened in situations of assessment have a less positive attitude toward knowledge management and collaboration in the organization. The results showed there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and self-esteem of librarians of public libraries in Khorasan Razavi province. There is also a significant relationship between attitude toward knowledge management and collaboration in the organization with librarians' experience and education of librarians. The results of the research confirmed the effect of two categories of personality traits including self-esteem and self-efficacy as well as situational features including cognitive threat assessment and challenge situations in dealing with the attitude of librarians towards knowledge management and that these factors can predict librarian's attitude Knowledge management and collaborative knowledge sharing.Authenticity: This research examines the relationship between personality traits and knowledge management.

Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the services innovation and organizational growth components in Kermanshah Academic libraries. Method: The present study is descriptive-correlational, and has been conducted through a survey method. The statistical population of all librarians of Kermanshah Academic libraries is a total of 58 people. Since the research community was limited and available, the census method was used to collect data, of which 55 questionnaires were completed and analyzed. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics and were analyzed by SPSS software.
Findings: The findings showed that innovation in services with an average of 3.40 and organizational development with an average of 3.13 in the academic libraries of Kermanshah is relatively favorable. Also, in this section, the highest frequency was related to the “relationship” component and the lowest one was related to the “reward” item. The significance level of the Pearson correlation test between two variables of innovation and organizational development is 0.002, which shows a positive and direct relation between these two variables.
Conclusion: The results of the study showed that innovation in services is positively and directly related to organizational growth and development in Academic libraries. Therefore, attention to the components effective to the organizational growth (such as goal, rewards, relationships, useful mechanisms, and attitude ratio) and strengthening them provides a change in circumstances to increase librarians' innovation.
